No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

4. Shipment:After your payment, we will arrange shipment ASAP, always send by EMS within 2days. If the one need to wait a little longer, we will send you e-mail. After shipment we will send e-mail to note shipping order number.
